I am looking for information on the Davis Family. My Davis' came first to Virginia and then moved into Maryland. I find a Joshua Davis living in Md in 1820 but either he died or moved on to another place. Two of His sons John, Richard. Richard I believe stayed in Md and John moved to Marion Ohio. John maried a Elsie Biggerstafft in Alegany County 1814 and movedto Ohio about 1820's. They had 1 Children Joshua, Friend, Samuel J Davis, John J. William B. Caleb B. Isaac, Robert Richard and Anthony. After Elsie's death he married a Sarah Williams. Will share information onDavis from Virginia and Maryland.
