My Captain Leyson Hopkin Davy (HEIC) b.1782 d. 30 Sep 1872 was born in Cardiff, Wales to Jonathon Davy and Mary ... ??. I have no other info on his parents or siblings, but since posting my original message I have discovered lots about his later life and family if you are interested. In fact, it takes two chapters of my book which I finished earlier this year. I would be most interested to hear what you have.
