Hi David and All

I am still hunting around but records are scarce. Apparently there are 13 members of the Winterscale and Davys families buried in the cemetery of St John, Calry in Sligo (Stephen Street I think). I have a very bad photocopy from Margaret Morgan of a postcard photo of the church with dates on the back written in the 1920's, by one of the New Zealand Davys who visited around that time. It says:
Grandfather and Grandmother Davys
" " " Winterscale
Abraham Davys and baby
Ann Winterscale (looks like 1780 also Ann 1840?
Soden Davys
GT Grandfather and Mother
? Winterscale 176?

I would really like to get this cemetery info that is actually transcribed properly or perhaps the records for this cemetery are online somewhere as these gravestones may be some of the only info available for some of these people.

Note this postcard came from someone who was a son of John Winterscale Davys so when he says Grandfather and Grandmother Davys and " " " Winterscale I guess he means James Davys & Mary Soden and James Winterscale & Elizabeth Davis. And also when he says Gt Grandfather and Mother he must mean the generation earlier so these records would be fantastic to get in detail.
