This is primarily about the ancestors and descendants of Thomas DAWES and Elizabeth WHITEBREAD of Uckfield although I also have information about other DAWES families from East Sussex.

For those of you who have been discussing the Lachine Brewery Dawes family, I was born and raised in Lachine although I am not related to the Black Horse Dawes'. I would like to know where in England they came from.
