I've been watching some of the questions and comments about the Dayton connection to royalty. I have an old document that shows the link from Michael Dayton going back to English royalty and eventually back to French royalty. Michael Dayton is the son of Isaac Dayton II, born 6-4-1722 in New Haven, CT.

Is there any interest in me posting this information here? It's a fair amount of typing, so I want to know if there's any interest before I do it. The lineage is through his mother, Elizabeth Todd.

I'd be curious as well about a link from Ralph Deighton to lineage - especially since Ralph's ancestor's were basically farm labor on the Deighton Manor...
