REply to Bo Ekelund RE: Paul N Deadwiley...It's been several years since you were seeking information about this person, so you may not be interested still, but if you are, I may have some leads for you. I grew up in the town where Mr. Deadwiley grew up, and my father was a personal friend of his. I met him myself on several occasions, and read much of his book, "Sin Street". I believe this book to be a fairly accurate accounting of Mr. Deadwiley's growing up in Southern Oklahoma.

Charles Pickney Deadwiley is a relative of ours. He was from Georgia and in the 66th Georgia regiment during the Civil War. My great grandmother is a descendent of his. She was born in Arkansas. Any information you have on the Deadwiley's would be appreciated.

I'm hoping that you may have some information on Josephine Irene Mullins (Loden) who married Leo Julius Deadwiley. Josephine is my fathers half sister (from my grandfathers first marriage). Jossie's mother ( Norma Minerva Shirk (Mullins) ) married Alvin Ray Loden and Josephine took on his last name. She is shown in Potter County, Amarillo Texas as having the following children with Leo Julius Deadwiley: Leo Jay Deadwiley(born july 2 1940), Judy Ann Deadwiley, Gerry Nan Deadwiley (both born Oct. 9 1942). I would love to get in touch with this family and let them know about their Mullins line. I have a SS death index showing Josephine I. Deadwiley born aug 14 1917 died feb. 19 1999 in North Las Vegas, Clark county NV. I also have a SS death index for Leo Deadwiley showing him born Nov 7, 1913 with death sept. 1986 in Needles, San Bernardino county, CA. All information that I've written here is public record that I got off the internet.
If you have any information on this family please email me at linda@invudesigns.com
Thanks, Linda

Looking for any information on Patsy Deadwiley, probably born in the 1880's, and married to Joe Andralliski, who appears to have been born in 1882. They are the parents of my father, Willie L. Andralliski who was born in 1909.

Wilma, my gggrandmother was Mary Ellen Deadwiley who married John Henry Burrough and is buried in Hot Springs, AR. Her parents were Pinkney Deadwiley and Elizabeth Miller Deadwiley. We know they came from Georgia but have not been able to find anything more about Pinkney. We do know that Elizabeth Miller Deadwiley is buried at the Greenwood Cemetary in Hot Springs, along with Mary Ellen but do not know anything farther back. Would love to know any history on Pinkney & his family and would be glad to share any more info that we might have.
