We have a link from O'Sullivan Cellar in Kenmare, Co Kerry to Deadys of Kanturk.

Our link is a Margaret Deady who married Batt O'Sullivan a House Carpenter of Kenmare, probably around 1867. They were believed to be millers or Bakers from Kanturk.

Their son Patrick O'Sullivan Cellar was my Grandfather.

Margaret Deady had a 1st cousin who lived in Co. Cork, Eva O'Connor formerly Deady, who had 3 sons one of whom was called Jackie who lived in or around Cork City.

Margaret also had (at least) 2 brothers, Jack and Jeremiah who had a link to Tubrid ponds near Kenmare.

Another cousin of Margaret Deady was Canon Jerome Deady PP of a London Parish who died in the 1930s leaving his posessions to his sister in Kanturk. This sister may have been deaf or blind.

Another relation (though what relationship is not known) of Margaret Deady was a Poet, John Christmas Deady.
