No, I don't think she married more than once, however there was once a rumor she had her first child out-of-wedlock and he was adopted by someone in her family who had the last name of Deas. But this is all rumor. My cousin said the Locklair part of the family was "ashamed" of her because she "was out of the Turks of Sumter Co." Weird, but I'm holding onto all the information I can get! Annie did have a brother, much younger than her whose name was George Deas. He has one daughter, whom we can't seem to find either.
