These are my grandparents on my fathers side. They are both deceased. My grandmother Martha died in 1968 and my grandfather Charles Melvin died in 1974, they are both buried in Rest Haven Cemetary in Hagerstown, MD. My father is there son, Charles Lester DeBow, he currently lives in Lovettsville, VA. I am his eldest son and have a deceased Uncle by the name of Donald, that probably makes you my cousin.
