My 3x Great Grandfather was Benjamin Debow Whitaker(born abt 1803 in London). I assume his father was Whitaker and mother was Debow. Looking at the history of the name, I see it's French in origin, and I'm wondering if I am perhaps descended from Huguenots. I can't find any info on his birth or parents.
