My great-greatgrandmother was Mary Decuir of New Iberia, Louisiana. She married Joseph Romero and had my great-grandfather, Joseph Nicholas Romero, born Nov. 1879, and his sisters: Laura, Louise, Therese, and Amelie. Laura married a Molless, Louise married a Morton, Therese may have died as a child, and Amelie married a Delahoussaye. Louise's son was Harold Morton. Joseph Nicholas Romero married Mary Russo in New Orleans, LA in 1902. They had two daughters, Rosalie (Rosalia) and Marie (Maria). Rosalie married Anthony Artale in New Orleans, LA and had two daughters. Marie married Salvatore Guiffre in New Orleans, LA and had two daughters.
