I know this is rather late, but I just saw your posting and I believe that we have a connection. My great-grandmother is Haydee DeCuir. She is the daughter of Albert G. DeCuir (born about 1869) of Point Coupee, Louisiana and Lise (born about 1876). Your "Albert DeCuir" and "Thyra DeCuir Della and a brother Jean Baptiste Decuir", I have as Albert L DeCuir, Thrya DeCuir and John B. DeCuir; they had an older sister named Haydee (or Hydee) DeCuir who married George W. Lemons. Their daughter was Lise Lemons, my grandmother.
