It was nice hearing from you. I have a nephew living in Waterloo,Iowa who started to research our family tree in Oct. 1992. He worked on it for a few years and then didn't have the time to work on it anymore. My father was Joseph Dedic(1891-1956 born in Pavlasice,Czechoslovakia) who married Marie Pavlicek(1892-1976 born in Mala Cerna,Czechoslovakia). They lived in Traer,Iowa and had 5 children(George 80,Joseph Jr. deceased,Dorothy deceased,Stanley deceased and me 64. George still lives in Traer and I live in St. Louis,Mo. My dad's grandfather was also Joseph Dedic who married Mary Rosek. I have no dates on them or if they ever came to the U.S. I don't know if there is any relationship here.
