According to my notes James Deer was born in 1824 in West Wratting and he married Sarah (Ann?) Trudgett in 1846. I have not been able to find anything about Sarah prior to her marriage, in the West Wratting records, and so dont know from where she hales. I wondered, in fact, if she had married before. But it seems you have her grandfather's name as Trudgett.

Where did the Trudgett's come from? Have you posted all your info on the website? If so, I'll check there.

The Alices I have are Alice Rickard married to James' father George Missen and Alice, the daughter of James and Sarah. I think that Alice married George Crook and Mr Wilkinson in Australia.

Do you think we are talking about the same people?
