I don't think we are in the same direct lineage of the Deere family. My great grandfather was Thomas Deere born in 1852 in St. Brides, Wales and he was married to Annie Elizabeth Farmer. They had 13 children. My grandfather, Bertram Albert Deere was born in Bridgend in 1889. He came to America during WWI and married Isabel King in Rockville, CT. My father was born there in 1924. I have an Edith Mary Deere, daughter of Edward Samuel Deere and Janet Grant, who was born May 8, 1913 on my descendency chart but that isn't your grandmother. I will be happy to share any of my information.
