HI, My mother-in-law was Gladys Locklear, Her Dad was Samuel J.Locklear, married to Rosa or Rosie Campbell... She, before she died said that she had roots with the LUmbee tribe.... I think that Jepatha ( sp) was in her lineage, and Duncan Locklear... Does that ring a bell with anyone?
