You can do a genetic ancestry DNA test. They usually cost a few hundred dollars. Search on the web for genetic ancestry. Look for sites that offer Native American testing. It's best to ask the oldest living descendant of that relative to do the test. Someone who is directly related to her like a child or grandchild.
