I am searching for information about a John Deforest who lived in New York. He was born about 1879 and Died on Feb 4, 1867. He is buried in the Mt Hope Cemetery in Fords Bush, NY with his wife Sarah. He had two daughters, Minerva M. born Feb 5, 1826 and Ann born Jan 11, 1821. I am looking for Johns Mother and Father and have not been able to make a link yet.
