My grandmother was a de Groot, but she was born in Rotterdam.

Her name was Catherina de Groot, born 8 Jan 1917,
and she marreid a Melle Pama, born 9 May 1915, (he is son of Melle Pama and Adriana W. Ceelen.) If that helps.
