James McClellan De Haven.

James McClellan De Haven, of 2833 Fifth avenue, Altoona, died last evening at 8 o’clock of a complication of diseases. He had been in poor health for the past year. Mr. De Haven was born August 7, 1861, and was member of the Second Lutheran Church, the I.O.O.F., the P.O.S. of A., and Railway Conductors. He is survived by his wife, Elsie, and three children: Ada M., Marion D., and Dean. These brothers and sisters also survive; Harry W., Alfred, Mrs. John Hughes, and Mrs. Frank Young, of Altoona, and Mrs. Robert Crawford, of Gallitzin. A nephew, Clayton G. Smith, who made his home at the McClelland residence, also survives. The funeral will take place Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Interment will be made in Fairview Cemetery.
