I'm helping a lady in California searching for her great grandparents' roots. So far, the great grandfather is French born & I have found his ancestral lineage. He married a lady named Elisabeth DEISS (born about Dec 1861 at Schwetzingen, Baden, Germany d/o Adam DEISS & Annie SNERLING) in 1894 in Brooklyn, New York in a Catholic church. She came alone to the States. That's all I have as clues about her for now.
