My grandfather was Ford DeJarnatt, he was married to Mayme Castellaw. My dad is Bill DeJarnatt. He had two brothers Ben, and James and one sister Kitty (Catherine). They were from Quitman, AR. My dad knows a lot more of family history than I. His e-mail is djpa159@aol.com.

Thank you. I've "done that & been there" already, though I was surprised to learn that the town of Letot ever existed.

My grandfather lived on Goodnight Lane, which is (was) in the same area & across the street from where Beatrice & Will lived. This is 'current day' Famer's Branch, but evidently was Letot in years gone by. I made copies of this map and sent it to several relatives. Did I miss you? ; )

Would like to know the resting place of Ben MOORE, who was Beatrice's third (and last) husband. Any clues?

Check a modern day map of Dallas, Texas and look for the intersection of Harry Hines @ Lombardy. This is where the town of Letot was long ago. The Letot Cemetery is located on
Shady Grove about 2 blocks east and about 6 blocks south of the intersection.

My Mother is Silver June Frazier who Died of Cancer In 1973. My Father is William H. DeJarnatt who died of a heart attack in 1977.
