I was looking around rootsweb boards for Skirum, De Kalb ALA and saw some
Copeland information "Old Copeland cemetery"
A name I have recently run across appeared in the old Copeland cemetary.
William Leander Copeland.
I bring this up because I found he had a daughter Savanna ( Savanna)
Magnolia Copeland she was born 1882 . Well, this may be a long leap but,
my great grandmother was born according to Census in "1883 Ala" and in
1900 lived in DeKalb county. her name, here's the leap Sara Hanna
(Sarah hanna) Copeland. In script a v looks like an r, drop the H in Hanna.
How close are these names, given how census were in the1880'/1900.
I've heard of mistakes in spelling of names, even last names that
cause a dramatic change in the name. ie Sparks to Parks to Park
Have I been looking for my ggrandmothers parents so long
I'll take anything or is this a possibility.

A little excited
