As a matter of fact, as soon as I saw the name Delap on this paper I have, I sent a message to Mike Dunlap of the Dunlap Clan, and am waiting to hear back from him. And if your male Delap ancestor came from the Cullybackey area or the adjacent Ballywatermoy Townland, both near Ballymena in County Antrim, that's just about where my Margaret "Dunlap" came from, and married James wiseman in about 1800.
