COLUMBIA BASIN HERALD, MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON STATE

Elida D. DeLaRosa, age 65, was born Feb. 22, 1942, in Crystal City, Texas to Pedro Jr. and Lucilla (Rodriguez) Zamora, has flown away with her guardian angels at her side to the gates of heaven on July 31, 2007.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Frank C. DeLaRosa, Jr., her daughters, JoAnne(Dan) DeLaRosa, Michelle (Dave) DeLaRosa, sons Frank (Angie) DeLaRosa IV, Dino (Traci) DeLaRosa, Gary DeLaRosa, Jason DeLaRosa and Ryan DeLaRosa; nine grandchildren Calie, Jensen DeLaRosa, Kortney, Jaret and Jaden Mirelez, Destiny, Emily DeLaRosa, Rhylan and Jaden Mirelez; her mother she adored dearly, Lucilla Zamora; her sisters Mary (Che) Martinez, Lucy (Max) Anderson, Betriz (Bill) Herrera, Salina (Art) Castro; brothers Jose (Anita) Zamora, Mario (Olga) Zamora, Charlie (Sylvia) Zamora, Duane (Gina) Zamora and of course her "number one princess" Savanna Rose Benedict.

She was preceded in death by her father Pedro Zamora.

Recitation of the Rosary will be said Wednesday, Aug. 1, at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 5 p.m., Thursday at the church. Inurnment will be in Our Lady of Fatima Prayer Garden.
