What a surprise. You are right about how hard it is to find this surname. We know that Frederick and Henrietta Dalaska came from the Pommern area of Germany about 1884 and landed in Baltimore before heading for Minnesota. They had five children. The boys changed a's and e's around to try to get their own mail.
