Hello I am looking for some information on the Dalaska/Delaska family. The reason for the slash is because in some records it is spelled one way and other records it is spelled the other way.

The information that I do know is my grandfather's name is Harry Ernest Delaska born 1901 and passed in 1981. He is the son to August and Martha Delaska. They were born in Germany and migrated to United States.

I am getting kind of discouraged because all the documentation that I get directed to is in German and sadly I do not speak German. I would appreciate any help.
