Okay, I did and see below and pass this on to all:
I just noticed you said Sept. 5th but I was planning for 2006 or Sept 4th of next year. With Bev's daughter's wedding Aug. 13 of this year, we will be burned out (patients and $) for this year. This will also give us time to track every one down.
My thought is to have everyone make reservations at the "Spring Lake Holiday Inn and Conference Center" it's very much a resort like environment and has a pool, "Tikki-Bar", Fine Dining resturant and a board walk that extends right to my boat and our pool area. I can reserve a block of rooms and get a special rate (we do it for New Years). People could fly into Muskegon and I would pick them up or what ever.
If you can view the attachment it's the start of an Excel spread sheet to be used and added to by anyone and use as a contact document.
******Please forward this on to all!*****************

Doug,
A reunion sounds great, in fact when I was regularly corresponding with Terry Bushie, she had suggested it too, for some place in the upper peninsula. But I think the Marina is a good idea, especially now that there is a fast cross-lake ferry. Are you still in touch with Terry?
As for European Dileskys, I have tried over and over for a bout a year to get in touch with them, but I get no answers to my e-mails or letters. I had just recently thought about trying again.
As for a date I think probably Labor Day (Sept 5) to give people a chance to make plans and take advantage of the long weekend. Myself, I'd take some extra days as vacation. But we are always on such a tight schedule here it's hard to take a lot of time off.
It would be fun to have a major potluck with everybody sharing their favorite/specialty dish. (Fusion food is big throughout the world.) Like our family reunions at Pickerel Lake in K-Zoo.
Chat later,
Paul
