Presently researching this line. Adolph Deleske was my husbands great grandfather. The birth date listed for him differs a bit from source to source. I'm presently using the 17 May 1893 that he recorded on his draft registration card. I haven't been able to locate a birth certificate but I'm just getting started. His Emily Deleske married John Mundell and at some point spent a short ammount of time in California. They went back to Upper Michigan by the time the son born in California was 2 or 3, and as far as I can tell set down roots around Stambough (sp?) which has since been incorporated into Iron River.

Ironwood Daily Globe, August 6, 1945
Mrs. John Mundell and son, Dean and Mrs. Clement Barry and son, Kurt of Stambaugh, have returned to their homes after spending the weekend with Mrs. Edward Deleski and Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Dixon, 762 Lake Street. Mrs. Deleski and daughter Marilyn returned with them and will visit the Adolph Deleski residence Stanbugh
