Re: Helene or Helena Delesky/Deleski???
yes, that is what I am thinking
Born to Jacob Jacob Delesky b about 1769 d Dec 1847 and
Katharina Martens
was a Helena b. 1825 so Helena is a family name in this line.
I can not find Helena born 1835 in the descendants of Jacob Jacob Delesky that I have but that does not mean that she was not just missed.
Jacob Jacob Delesky is #44152 in Grandma but I have found a lot of errors in the Grandma records - people seem to be submitting things without proof and there are so many with the same names that it doesn't work to assume
Heinrich Delesky b a825 had siblings Anna b 1821, Maria b 1828, and Katharina b. 1833 There father is Heinrich Jacob Delesky b about 1798
Is there an initial after Helena, cause if there is that initial should be the initial of the first name of her father
you and I could both have the DNA testing done and see if we're related
Are you familiar with the testing - it's a simple mouth wash- really easy to do??
