My grandson was recently born and would love to add his ancestry to my family tree at http://powertree.tripod.com/ with broad relationships in many continents. My grandson's grandfather was Walter Kipu Delima b. 22 jan 1944 in Hawaii. His parents were Joseph Delima and Elizabeth Manner. I don’t know where in Hawaii Walter was born.

They had the following children:
Kaipo (deceased)
Duffy (deceased)
Joey (deceased)
Louie (deceased)
Gail (deceased)
Walter Kipu (my grandson’s grandfather, today not doing very well)
Monica
Kalani

Please help me out finding my grandson’s ancestry in Hawaii.

Rida was my great aunt. I am descended from her brother George Levi Wells. Rida and David were in the foreign service posted in Argentina, I believe. I don't think they had any children. I last time I saw Rida was at an International Assembly of Jehovah's Witnesses in New York, NY in 1958.

I have some family history documented if you are interested and I would certainly be interested in anything you might have on the Wells lineage.

My mothers aunty was a Betty Delima married name Betty Enevor. Betty's brother was Arnold. Born in Australia. Not sure if this is the person you are after? Hope it may help.

Do you have a Emma Delima daughter of Frances. She had 2 or 3 other sisters.

I am the granddaughter of Frances Lawrence she passed away in 1967- I was not born yet. My mothers name is Pamela Ann Reed (she married a muhovich)

My great-great grandmother's maiden name was Rose Delima Parent. She married Alexandre Paquette in the 1850's or early 1860's.

Is she possibly the same Rose Delima Parent that you mentioned?

In your Paquette line do you have a Matilda Paquette/Pocquette b. unknown, d. 23Apr1917, Arenac Co., MI ? She lived with a Joseph LaLonde. Her adopted daughter was Louise Marie Paquette/Pocquet b.16Jun1856 in Ontario, d. 17May1945, Pinconning, MI, who is my grgrgrandmother.

Hi Don,
The Rose Delima Parent was the sister of my Grandfather, Emil Edward Parent, His parents came from St. Hyacinthe, Canada. This Rose Delima Parent was born August 14, 1886.
Sounds to me like it is quite a coincidence, same name but different beings your Rose married before mine was born. Emil lived in Willimantic, Ct. but don't know if his whole family lived there.

Rose Delima Salvas 1860-1945 married Elie Joseph Thomasset 1863-1940. Both are buried in St. Joseph Cemetery in Rhode Island. Their son Charles Artheme Thomasset 1892-1973 was my grandfather. I am seeking to learn of other family members from the Delima, Salvas, and Thomasset families.
