I know. Ireland is really hard from this distance. And lots of records seem to have been destroyed. Good luck. Keep your eyes out for John Denny and Eliza Baldwin for me -- Eliza's father was marvelously named -- Curloss Baldwin -- but he doesn't seem to exist on the web.

He might have been born in St. Finbar's parish -- St. Finbar is the Church of Ireland cathedral in Cork, I believe. It's quite close to Mallow.

died 1920 in Baxter Co Arkansas married Mollie Sanders (born ? died ?) (Mollie could be from Ozark Co Missouri )

Benjamin MIGHT be the son of William Denny 1800 SC -died about 1870 ? and unknown mother. Benjamin had brothers; Andy /Andrew Denny born 1857 and William R Denny born 1859. Believe both these brothers also died Baxter Co Arkansas.

Permilia (Denny) Allen was born in 1822 in Ohio, later she married R W Allen, they lived in Indiana, in 1858 they moved to Bates County, Mo then to Ft Scott Kansas in 1861. Harriet's maiden name was actually Denny. She was the daughter of Strawther G Denny and Samaria/Elizabeth Gard. She was married to a Baldwin and had John and Drusilla before marrying George Denny (Strawther's brother I believe). John DENNY born circa 1739 in Suffolk, England married Ruth STIMSON.
One of their children was Susannah DENNY who was born in 1770 in Suffolk England and who married Jerome BRIGHT in 1790 in England.
Jerome BRIGHT and Susannah DENNY had a large number of children - one being the noted clockmaker Jerome Denny BRIGHT.
Although I have some good detail on descendants of DENNY and BRIGHT - I have very little on their extended family or their ancestors. But Ancestor surnames in this particular family include:
PRATT PYKE STIMSON DUNN BANYARD FULLER

- these associated surnames only represent ancestors of Jerome BRIGHT or Susannah DENNY - where I have little more than a surname.

Chances of there being more than one Joseph Denny in that area at that time are pretty remote, don't you think? Unfortunately, I have not been able to track any descendents of Joseph. Btw, His brother Christopher is my gggggrandfather.

Not sure if this is any help but I have information on two Thomas Denny's

Thomas( on marriage cert, name as John Thomas) born 1836 in Weston married a Jane Spencer 1861 in Nassington

Thomas's father was a John born 1801(name on census Denney) married a Sarah Spencer

So if this helps would be great, as I have come to a full stop, cannot get beyond John born 1801

Just read your message about a Thomas Denny as you did not put the dates I have two so not sure if this helps or if correct Denny
Thos (Thomas) Denny born 1837 Weston, Northants
He married a Jane Spencer born 1839 Nassington
They had nine children one of which was a Thomas born 1873, he marrried a Louisa McKone, Thomas was my grandfather and Louisa my grandmother
Would be great if this is the correct family do get in touch
