The Denomme message board has been recently cleaned. A large number of postings were found to have references or links to a site selling a family book.
This falls into the category of a commercial posting, and those postings have been removed.
If you are responding to a query with information found in this book, you can cite the book as the source. The response must contain specific information, not just directions to the site.
Posting information on the board helps others connect their lines.
Actual records to search French Canadian ancestry are now available on-line. Ancestry.com has the Drouin Collection database, this is by paid subscription and the free site, familysearch.org has the Quebec Catholic Church Records database.
A family book is but one source to search your ancestry. There the interpretation of data found by the author(s). You may have a different interpretation of the records you find on your ancestors.
