Looking to find where my family originated from information has lead me to Derbyshire England. I'm now looking for history, any history from England of the Derby name. My maiden name is Stowe. My mother's maiden name is Derby. Close family member's have told me of a Duke and Dutchess of Derbyshire,I dont know of the time era all I know is that my ancestors came from England.Any info. will be apreicated. Thank you .
