Francis Derbyshire, saccharine manuf 1901 woolton with brother Percy

Very curious about Francis, b 1865 reported as Buenos Aires in the 1901 census. His brother Percy, living with him, was b 1868 in Birkenhead, Cheshire. My relative, Ada Williams, was a housemaid. Francis is listed as a saccharine manufacturer, obviously succesful with a large household staff for his 6 children. We did not know that saccharine was manufactured that early. Does anyone have information about his business?
