Hi there, my Great Grandmother Edna May Desborough was born on 3rd December 1905 in Wymington, Beds and I only know her mother: Ellen and father: James W Desborough I do not have any more information that's why I am in need of some help.

I have traced back to John Desborough 1800 born in Irchester married to Anne. There Son William gives a line to my family.

I am also descended from Joseph Edward DESBOROUGH (g.g.grandfather). Have you managed to get further back than James DESBOROUGH who married Mary Ann BAILEY or have you moved on from the Desboroughs. Now that the London Birth Deaths and Marriages are online there are a few possibilities in the 18th century. I have traced about 200 direct descendants of James and Mary if you would like a copy

My Desborough Line - Connection?

Just sharing my Desborough line in case anyone is connected.
I descend from James Desborough and Mary Ann Bailey who married in 1817. They had several children. They lived mainly in what was Surrey and now forms part of South London.
I descend from their son, Joseph E Desborough who married Henrietta Susannah Hall in 1862.
If anyone would like any more information do not hesitate to contact me.
