Looking for any further information about my Desmond side of the family. Andrew Desmond was my gggg grandfather, married Catherine McDaniel, and they had (at least) 3 children: Honora (1806), Margaret (1811) and Catherine (1813). Margaret Desmond married Richard Cummin(g)s (born 1805) in Ireland and they had the following children: Elizabeth (1834), Jeremiah (1837), Andrew (1840), Margaret (1843), Catherine (1846), Anna (1849), and Richard Patrick (1854) (several if not all were baptized at Tracton Abbey). They emigrated to the Seneca, Ontario, NY area (near Geneva) about 1867. I am a descendant of their son Andrew Cummings who married Catherine Delea.
