Hi, this is Sandra Detwiler again (I divorced several years back and took back my maiden name: Detwiler). I just wanted to pop up and say hi again after 10 years in case you'd like to stay in touch.

I descend from John Funk Detwiler (b.1801/d. 1870), he was married to Esther Frey Bertolet (b.1799/d.1881). She descended from Jean Bertolet (b.1726) who was a Huguenot from Switzerland.

John and Esther had a son named Dr. Samuel Bertolet Detwiler (b.1834/d.1881) who married Frances Herstine Longacre (b.1839/d.1928). They had a son named Samuel Bertolet Detwiler (b.1881/d.1973) who married Kate Emily Price Pritchett who was born in Rotherham, England, and died in 1948 in Arlington, Virginia. They had twin boys… my grandfather Dr. Robert Henry Detwiler (b.1909/d.1975), and Samuel Bertolet Detwiler (b.1909/d.1978), a scientist.
