Sorry, but as far as I can tell most of my Devines went to Philadelphia. I've searched most the surviving records in Nothern Ireland for reference to Patrick Devin and Mary Murphy and found only one in the RC church records in the Parish of Clonfeacle circa 1823. This gels with word of mouth family history which claims my family came from Moy, a cathedral town on the border of Tyrone/Armagh. I've exhausted all leads at this point and I'm considering DNA testing to drum up some possibilites. A gentleman by the name of Donn Devine has some posts on the Devine Family message board at geneology.com that suggests there may be three different clans from different parts of Ireland which have adopted the name Devine. I would suggest you check out these for possibilities.
