Just picked this up today and thought I'd share....

Will dated 5 Nov 1833, probated 22 Sep 1834, Lincoln Co., Ky:
I James Divin of Lincoln County and State of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament ... I give and bequest to my cousin Ann Hall (Hale?) wife of Joseph Hall (Hale?) all my estate of every kind and principally the money I have received or may hearafter [sic] receive as a pensioner of the United States to her own use and heirs forever In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of November 1833.
