I am looking for any information on Elois DeVoe. He was married to Addie Wiggin and know he was in the Memphis, TN area in 1895 as his son Albert Cecil was born there. He also had a daughter Josephine. Addie married Luther Modlin after Elois left or died? The Modlins resided in Tonganoxie KS. I think Elois is buried in southeastern Kansas.
