Gary: My great-grandfather Jeremiah was born
in Clay Co. Illinois in 1858. He was the
youngest of seven children. He and his brotherH
Hiram were sent to Iowa after the death of
his father to live with an aunt. His fathers
name was John and his mothers' name was
Elizabeth Evans. I do not know what became of
the older sibings. Their names were Susan
b.1845,Philip b.1847,Seth Thomas b.1850,
William b.1851, Thomas b.1853. Does any of
this sound familiar?
