Also trying to verify that Hannah Higgins was the same Hannah Higgins, born 1747, daughter of Ebenezer Higgins and Martha Burgess of Eastham, Barnstable Co., MA. Most of the children of this Ebenezer Higgins went to Maine after 1781. I found a Thomas Dexter in Washington Co., ME in 1790 and 1800 censuses. No Thomas Dexter in Massachusetts during those census years.
