It seems that Hastings Dial, eldest son of Henry Arthur Dial, married REBECCA Abercrombie. Martin Colville Dial, Hastings' younger brother, married CRYSTAL/CRYSTIE Abercrombie.

The Abercrombie girls were sisters, daughters of James Abercrombie who served in 1732 at the Attorney-General of the state of South Carolina.
