On 27 Feb 1671/2 Thomas Dyas of Rappahannock deed of gift unto George SOUTH of Nominy in Co. of Westmoreland deeded him 70a on small br. going to the main branch of Nomini in Westmoreland (Deeds & Patents 1665-1677,p.119). George South sold the land to Peter Duncan in 1675 all his int. of this gift of land. Signed by George SOUTH, wit:Rob.BLETSOE & James BLINCOW.
