LOOKING FOR ISRAEL DIAZ FATHER OR 1/2 SISTER, BROTHER

Hello,

For many years now I've been trying to find my real father Israel Diaz born September 24, 1947 in PR. He's about 62 years old. I've never met him, my mother Maria Bacallao and he seperated shorty after by birth. My name is Cecilia Diana Bacallao-Hughes born March 12, 1971 in Jersey City, Margaret Haige Hospital. I do not have his lastname because he did not appear at the hospital at the time the certificate was being signed, so to avoid embarrassment my mother put a fake name on the birth record in my fathers place. My grandparents Fidelina and Antonio Lozada told me that I look just like him (fair skin, dark hair, hazel eyes) and that I also have a 1/2 sister or brother from his wife Mari or Maria. My mother also recalls his 1/2 brother Ruben Diaz (Dark Skin, Cuban Puerto Rican), that was 12 or so around the time I was born. He also had a close friend Inez that owned a bridal shop in Jersey City but when I contacted her, she hadn't heard from him in a few years. I really hope to find him or direct relatives because its important for me to know medical and family history. My whole life I've wondered, so please if you know anything that can help me. Contact me immediatley.
Many Blessings and Thank you.

Amedolio Diaz?

I'm searching for Amedolio Diaz or any Diaz family members from Vill Clara, Cuba around 1800 to 1900. I am currently stuck on him, and have no information about the Birth date or Death. His grandfather or great grand father was a sugarcane mill owner in Cuba, I'm also looking for that information. I am also interested in the Spanish Colonization of Cuba and any Diaz family members that first colonized the Island. If you have any information or think that your relatives match my family tree at all, let me know! Thank you for your time!

DIAZ from Matamoros, Mexico

Hi. My 3-Great Grandmother was Susan Isabel DIAZ from Matamoros, Mexico.
She married Michael SCHODTS (who was from Belgium) and they lived in Brownsville, Texas.
She died after having a daughter in 1869, Marie Isabel Schodts. I know about the family after that.
I want to find who my 3-Great Grandmother's family was. I assume they were Catholic and probably Mexican heritage. I do not read Spanish so I hope someone knows about this family who is bi-lingual. Thanks so very much.

LOOKING FOR MY 1/2 SISTER *** DIAZ ORTIZ ***

I am asking for your help to find my 1/2 sister, although I have never met her or even know her name. I learned of her existence and would love to find her. I know only a miracle will bring us together, since I don't have her name, DOB or birth place. But I believe in miracles, and know that someone knows something about my sister.

Her parents are:

LUIS DIAZ ONEILL (My Father) & ANA MARIA ORTIZ

My father had a brief relationship with Ana Maria in Caguas, PR, when she lived with her aunt/uncle's house in Caguas, PR. My father later moved to New York. They lost touch sometime before her birth and my father has asked that I try to find her.

I would love the opportunity to meet her and share our families, stories and just caught up.

My ½ sister:

◊ Born about 1964-1967. My father was told she looks like him, but never told where she was many years ago.

My father:

◊ about 5'5, tanned skin, black wavy hair and green eyes
◊ was about 15 years old when the relationship occured
◊ moved to Manhattan, NY about 1964-1966
◊ kept in touch with Ana Maria until the letters were intersected by my Mother & Aunt

Ana Maria Ortiz:

◊ was about 17 years old when relationship occured
◊ She had a small boy 3-4 years old she named after his father and called Junior
◊ Her husband was incarcerated in PR (approx. 1963-1965)
◊ She lived in Santurce, Barrio Cherro or Cerro with and aunt and she had no idea Maria was dating my Dad – Aunt POSSIBLY named Carmen.
◊ Ana Maria was light skinned, aprox. 5.5 - 5.8 inches tall with dark brown eyes

If the story sounds familiar or you have any information about ANA MARIA ORTIZ or my ½ Sister, please contact me at: imaginery02@yahoo.com.

Thank you and God Bless!
