William Bright Stewart b 1825, Ga or NC

This is probably a long shot, but my gg grandfather's unusual middle name makes me think possibly his mother's surname was Bright. I found some Brights and Stewarts living as neighbors in Anson County NC about the 1850's. Any connection ? Phil Stewart
