I'm looking for information on this person. She was the half-sister of my great grandfather and I would like to find out any information regarding her mother Rachel. I also would like to know whether or not her last name is Brown or Bowen and if that is her family name or married name. I do know she is buried in the Highlawn Cemetary in Huntington, West Virginia. Any kind of information would help. Thanks
