Hi to all the people trying to work out who's who in Riseley.
Like you all, I've found it quite baffling trying to work out all the inter breading that went on all those hundreds of years ago. I have married into the Dickens Dynasty recently and started to try and trace my wife's ancestors. My wife Michelle is the Gr Gr Gr Grand daughter of Jonathan Dickens brother of Stephen Dickens who married Elizabeth Brown 1857.
We have been lucky enough to find many photos and documents relating to the Dickens & Rootham families of Riseley and would be very happy to share the info with anybody who is interested.
