Surnames: Dickinson Dickenson Yarrett Carter Dudley Sutton
I've seen some pedigrees in print that trace Walter Dickinson's ancestry back to Simon Dickinson m. Catherine Dudley. Does any one here know if this line is still accepted to be true? Some sources make Walter's father Charles Dickinson of London m. ? Carter and name Charles Dickinson's father Simon Dickinson m. Catherine Dudley. Others insert a James Dickinson between Charles Dickinson of London and Simon Dickinson. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks
